Notes
Playlist compiled by Jay and posted 5/2013 on Magic Music of the Mouse discussion board. According to Jay, the loop played in the Great Ceremonial House, entrance, lobby, Kona Café, Captain Cook's, pool, beach sidewalk, etc. Bou-Tiki and 'Ohana have their own music.
Jay notes: "The Polynesian's track 16 is 3 seconds shorter than the one found on Chants et Danses de Tahiti as it does not start with the drumming heard on the CD. Instead, you'll hear this drumming tacked on to the ending of the Polynesian's track 17, which is 3 seconds longer than the corresponding track on Chants et Danses de Tahiti. Disney most likely used an LP or CD with slightly different cuts for the tracks.
Chants et Danses de Tahiti was also released as Drum Beats of the Pacific. Careful, as Drum Beats of the Pacific Volume 2 and Volume 3 are not what you're looking for.

The same loop has been playing at the Polynesian Resort since early 1995. There are 18 tracks with a total playing time of 53:00.977 (including an extended pause after track 18)."
